Oleate Products...Now Available

Oleates (oleic salts) are unsaturated fatty acid compounds that are useful as anti-caking agents, lubricants, heat stabilizers, paint driers, nanocrystal precursors, precious mineral floatation aids, mold release agents, synthetic chemical ingredients, thickening agents, waterproofing agents, etc. Oleates are easily biodegradable. We are expanding our carboxylate products, at BioFuran Materials, to include the following:

  • Zinc dioleate, CAS 557-07-3, a catalyst, lubricant, heat stabilizer, paint drier, zinc nanocrystal precursor, etc. Now available @

  • Potassium oleate, CAS 143-18-0, a cleanser, emulsifier, anionic surfactant, corrosion inhibitor, etc. Available @

  • Sodium oleate, CAS 143-19-1, a mineral flotation aid, thickening agent, anionic surfactant, chemical reagent, emulsifier, etc. Now available @

  • Magnesium dioleate, CAS 1555-53-9, an emulsifier, anti-caking agent, desiccant, lubricant, etc. Now available @

  • Aluminum trioleate, CAS 688-37-9, a water-proofing agent, paint drier, flame thrower fuel, gelling agent, reagent chemical, etc.

  • Ferric oleate, CAS 1120-45-2, a paint drier, rubber stabilizer, corrosion inhibitor, lubricating grease additive, gel thickener, catalyst, etc. Now available @
