BioFuran Materials Store Policy

Our capabilities include design, chemical synthesis, and supply of carboxylate chemicals in grams to kilograms quantity. Our highly qualified chemists are highly experienced in the chemical synthesis and will work with customers to ensure that we manufacture chemicals that meet exact customer specifications. Our services are particularly valuable to customers willing to adopt benign carboxylate chemicals for greening their processes and products. We serve all academic, industrial, and R&D customers across the United States and globally.

1. Our Commitment

   1. Our goal is to make chemicals ordering as hassle free as possible! Our products are solely intended for research and product development uses. We reserve the right to not sell product if we do not feel confident as to its use.

   2. Our goal is to sell high quality, safer, and more user-friendly carboxylate chemicals.

2. Customer Responsibility

   1. It is the customer’s responsibility to read and understand our product offerings and store policy. We believe that placing an order signifies you have read and agree to our policies. Additionally, we do not assume responsibility in any form or manner as to your use of these chemicals.

   2. Our goal is to maintain consumer confidence in the products.

3. Payments Policies 

   1. We accept payments from PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Checks. 

   2. We collect 7% sales tax for each purchase.

4. Customer and Technical Service

   1. We’re open Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm EST. 

   2. Our customer Service Representatives will be more than happy to answer any product questions you may have.

5. Orders from Customers Outside the United States

   1. Orders from outside the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada are considered international orders. All international orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

   2. The customer is responsible for all Customs/Duty tax fees for orders.

6. Missing or Damaged Products

   1. If ordered items are damaged or missing, you must contact us within 2 business days.

   2. Customers are encouraged to save the damaged items in the original packaging. Please return the damaged products in original packaging for us to file a claim with the shipping company.

   3. If these products are disposed of prior to settlement of the claim, we will be unable to offer a replacement.

7. Returns

   1. Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

   2. A restocking fee (30%), plus the cost of shipping the product back will be incurred.

8. Refunds

   1. Refunds for returned merchandise will be issued within 48 hours after the product has been inspected.

   2. The customer’s bank will issue the credit to their account within 72 hours.

   3. Refunds are only issued in the same manner that the original invoice was paid.
